Cancellation Policy 

I kindly request a 48 hour notice for cancelling a booked session. Cancellation fees are $100 if session is not cancelled within 48 hour notice. Cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal are accepted forms of payment. Please call 512-529-4139 to cancel or if you have any questions!

Virtual Organizing

Virtual organizing is similar to my in-home organizing services only my guidance and expertise will be given virtually. Your organizing needs will be discussed and I will guide you through the process, offer tips and help you create a personalized functional system! During a professional organizing project you will receive the following:

  • Complimentary phone consultation (15 min)

  • 60 min virtual sessions through skype or zoom

  • Guidance in purging and decluttering

  • Shopping, Space planning and product research ($90 per hour)

  • Communication with you through phone or email during project and up to one week after project is finished

In Home Organizing

As your professional home organizer I take great consideration of your personal and organizational needs. I provide detailed communication and strive to complete the project quickly and efficiently. During a professional organizing project you will receive the following:

  •  Complimentary phone consultation (15 min)

  • In home consultation ($75 one hour)

  • On site organizing ($89 per hour)

  • Space planning and product research ($89 per hour)

  • Implementation of  personalized organizational systems

  • Unwanted items will be taken to be donated 

  • Assistance with purging and decluttering

  • Shopping and returns ($50 per hour)

  • Communication with you through phone or email during project and up to two weeks after project is finished

 Payment Expectations / Cancellation Policy

  • $89 per Hour  (2.9% fee for online bookings)

  • Payment is expected after each session booked. Sessions are booked hourly with a 2 hour minimum.  After consultation, estimates will be provided. Invoices will be provided upon request. Cash, check, Venmo are accepted forms of payment.

  • Packages available for larger projects- Payment due in full Prior to scheduled session.

  • Returns for 10+ hour packages accepted within 10 days of purchase. 25% Refund fee on Total balance for larger packages.
